Refund policy
We have a 14 day return and exchange policy. Therefore, after receiving your item you have to request an exchange or return.
In order for us to accept your return we require:
-The electronic receipt for proof of purchase.
-The item must be in the exact same condition in which it was received.
-The item has to be returned in the original packaging and unworn/unused.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Once your return or exchange is accepted via email, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.

-The customer is responsible for all extra shipping costs related to the return or exchange.
-Please request a return or exchange by emailing us before sending back any products. Any items sent without a request will not be accepted.
-We do not cover nor purchase the return label.
Damages
Please verify your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if your item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will verify the issue and correct it as needed.
Shipping refunds:
If you paid for expedited shipping but did not receive your package within the estimated 1-3 business days, we understand your frustration. However, due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or logistical issues, we are unable to provide refunds for shipping costs in such cases.
Liability / Lost / Stolen Items
Green Grass Trunk is not liable for lost or stolen items once the products are sent.
Refunds
We will let you know once we received & verified your return, and let you know if the refund was accepted. If accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to be processed.
